The bridge is fitted, the sound post checked and the strings fitted and played in before dispatch, so it arrives ready for a quick tune rather than a workshop visit.

What happens if I don't get on with it?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. We email you a free UK return label, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of the item arriving back with us.

What warranty cover is included?

Two years parts and labour against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Consumables such as strings, reeds, heads and batteries are covered for 90 days.
