All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you commit to buy. Stock levels are updated continuously, but if an item becomes unavailable after you order we will contact you and refund in full.

We take care to describe and price products accurately. Where an obvious pricing error occurs we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price and will offer you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Payment is taken through our secure payment provider; we never store your card details.

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Estimated delivery timescales are set out in our delivery policy and are not guaranteed unless an express service is purchased.

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in full in our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

All instruments carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability in respect of an order is limited to the price paid for that order.

If something goes wrong, email support@northgatemusic.shop and we will respond within two working days. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
