Yes. Every price on Northgate Music Co. includes UK VAT at 20%, and a full VAT invoice is emailed with your dispatch confirmation. There are no import duties or handling fees on UK orders.

Will it need a set-up when it arrives?

No. Our workshop completes a full set-up before dispatch — truss rod, action, intonation and fresh strings — and includes the measurements in the box. UK humidity changes may call for a small seasonal tweak later on.

What happens if I don't get on with it?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. We email you a free UK return label, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of the item arriving back with us.

What warranty cover is included?

Two years parts and labour against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Consumables such as strings, reeds, heads and batteries are covered for 90 days.

The ATZ100 features a resonant alder body that provides a balanced tonal foundation, ensuring your playing cuts through the mix with clarity and authority. Equipped with three DiMarzio Cruiser pickups, these single-coil-sized humbuckers deliver the harmonic overtones of standard single-coils while offering humbucker-like output and modern low-end chunk. With a 5-way blade switch, along with tone, neck tone, and volume knobs, you can effortlessly dial in an endless array of sonic textures, making the ATZ100 perfect for any musical genre.

Enhancing stability and playability, the ATZ100 boasts an S-Tech Wood roasted maple neck and fingerboard. Subjected to Ibanez's nitrogen-heating treatment, the roasted maple neck gains exceptional stability, durability, and resistance to temperature changes. Its ATZ shape, slightly thicker than most Ibanez guitars, provides a comfortable and modern feel, making it a favorite among discerning players. The 22 jumbo stainless steel frets ensure extra durability, allowing you to play with confidence and precision.

The ATZ100 is equipped with a Wilkinson-Gotoh VSVG vintage-style synchronized tremolo, offering excellent tuning stability and enhanced sustain. The tremolo's stamped saddles and 6-screw design, with only four screws installed per Andy Timmons' preference, make executing vibrato, warbles, and expressive whammy effects effortless.
