Yes. Every price on Northgate Music Co. includes UK VAT at 20%, and a full VAT invoice is emailed with your dispatch confirmation. There are no import duties or handling fees on UK orders.

Will it need a set-up when it arrives?

No. Our workshop completes a full set-up before dispatch — truss rod, action, intonation and fresh strings — and includes the measurements in the box. UK humidity changes may call for a small seasonal tweak later on.

What happens if I don't get on with it?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. We email you a free UK return label, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of the item arriving back with us.

What warranty cover is included?

Two years parts and labour against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Consumables such as strings, reeds, heads and batteries are covered for 90 days.

This incredible guitar's body features a solid Sitka spruce top and pau ferro back and sides that combine to make the perfect base for intricate runs and percussive chords. The inclusion of a reinforced wood plate and a spruce pickguard make body tapping for rhythmic embellishments sound exceptional. When you want to plug in, you’ll be treated to Fishman’s Rare Earth Mic Blend Active Soundhole Pickup for full, rich tone with plenty of unique control over your sound. The Fishman Rare Earth Mic Blend Active Soundhole Pickup gives players acoustic-electric sound like they’ve never experienced before. How’s that? Well, this isn’t just another pickup. It’s actually a combination of a humbucker and a cardioid condenser mic that captures string vibration and body resonance through two sources at once. That way you’ll benefit from resonant tone and also have your percussive hits on the soundboard sounding right at home. A voicing switch allows for bass extension or roll-off, and a thumb wheel lets you blend the mic and pickup for the perfect combination.

What makes a Marcin signature?

Marcin has served as an inspiration for a new generation of guitar players, introducing them to the classics while exemplifying a unique and fresh way of playing. In order to put this guitar’s best foot forward, Ibanez outfitted it with tonewoods that sing and slap with plenty of glorious sustain and percussive punch. A body built from pau ferro with a Sitka spruce top offers articulation with percussive bass response. The MRC10NT also sports a cutaway that makes reaching those upper chords and leads easy. The nyatoh neck is capped with a Macassar ebony fingerboard, while a 15.75-inch radius delivers a comfortable grip and a smooth fretting surface that’ll keep creativity at the forefront.
