Will it need a set-up when it arrives?

No. Our workshop completes a full set-up before dispatch — truss rod, action, intonation and fresh strings — and includes the measurements in the box. UK humidity changes may call for a small seasonal tweak later on.

What happens if I don't get on with it?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. We email you a free UK return label, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of the item arriving back with us.

What warranty cover is included?

Two years parts and labour against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Consumables such as strings, reeds, heads and batteries are covered for 90 days.

One of the standout features of the AZS2209 is its Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro Custom single-coil and Magic Touch-mini humbucker pickups, which deliver versatile tones with exceptional clarity. The guitar's dyna-MIX5 switching system provides several different pickup combinations via a mini toggle and 3-way lever switch, giving you an endless array of tonal possibilities to explore.

But the AZS2209 isn't just about tone. It's also built for comfort and stability, thanks to its S-Tech wood-roasted maple neck and fingerboard. The neck has undergone Ibanez's S-Tech wood nitrogen-heating treatment, which increases its stability, durability, water resistance, and tolerance to temperature changes. The neck is then sealed with oil, resulting in a well-played feel. The AZ oval "C"-shaped neck fills your hand nicely at the lower frets, while providing a more modern feel when playing up high.

In addition, the AZS2209 features a durable construction with enhanced tonewoods. The solid ash body provides a full-bodied tone with great sustain, while the 22 stainless steel frets offer extra durability. The guitar's Gotoh F1803 fixed bridge provides excellent tuning stability, thanks to its machined titanium saddles and pre-calculated points for perfect intonation across the entire fingerboard.
