Kits arrive flat-packed with hardware bagged and labelled. Most players build one in under an hour, and our team can talk you through it over the phone if you'd rather not work from the diagram.

What happens if I don't get on with it?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. We email you a free UK return label, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of the item arriving back with us.

What warranty cover is included?

Two years parts and labour against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Consumables such as strings, reeds, heads and batteries are covered for 90 days.
